Bug Fixes:
acounting:
- Fix incorrect speed and transferTime in core/stats
- Stabilize display order of transfers on Windows

operations:
- Fix use of --suffix without --backup-dir
- Fix spurious "--checksum is in use but the source and destination have no hashes in common"

build:
